After multiple attempts they could not fix my AC and would not pay to replace the entire unit.I was told on two different occasions that I would get a new AC unit, only for them to try replacing parts and the unit still not working.

I have been out of AC for almost 30 days at this point and have two small children located inside the house. I have also had to pay each time they keep coming out to try and fix the next part.

The contractor themselves have been very helpful and even relayed to HMS that the whole unit needs replaced.

This person wrote the review because of poor customer service of hms home warranty warranty from HMS Home Warranty. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $5000 and wants HMS Home Warranty to have the product delivered.

The most disappointing in user's experience was lies, inferior warranty replacement and high cost. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.

The repair people are nice, and don't mind coming out because each time you pay it goes directly to them, not HMS.Look into how Homesure aka HMS hires service providers.

The service providers set their own rate. They also get paid directly by the customer for all the stuff that HMS won't cover.

The more things that are not covered, the better they make out!It is a scam!
