This company is the biggest ripoff!!!!! Do not buy services from them !!!!!! They don't fix anything but still charge you for coming out!! We have been fighting with them for more moths to replace our air conditioning unit ... but we just get the runaround. I'm disgusted with this company !!!!!!

We have had a couple of claims over the last 9 years with no complaints Howser this time our water heater has been out for going on 15 days and cannot get assistance from them. Apparently they cannot find the part they ordered and no one can offer any suggestions. I would not recommend them to anyone!

According to the HMS Customer Service center, an appliance should be diagnosed within 72 hours and repaired in 1-5 days. We put in a claim for a wall oven on 9/13/2017. The oven does not heat up; it's non-functional. Sears came out on 10/5/2017 to diagnose the issue....
