HMS Home Warranty - Awful. Stay Away. Far Away.
After 2.5 years with this terrible company, I finally called it quits. I couldn't take it anymore. They are extremely limited on service providers and you'll end up doing their job and finding your own. Then you'll be lucky to get your money back for the repair. It's miserable.
