HMS Home Warranty - Pool problems

They could not find a service tech to look at my pool. After I found someone to look at my pool, HMS will not cover it. HMS refused to pay the service tech to find out what caused the problem, and the tech will not work without being paid. Basically I was sold junk coverage that can't be used.

I am writing this review while on hold with these people. So far it has been over 45 minutes and this is the fourth person I have been transferred to. Unless you have a lot of time on your hands, DO NOT USE these people. They just can't schedule anyone or fix anything....
