HMS was called and it took 3 days to get a contractor out.Two parts were needed HMS insisted on trying to find one part.
After two weeks of HMS not being able to locate it HMS allowed the Contractor to search and they found it in one day. The Contractor tried to fix it and told HMS it was an old unit and could not be fixed. I have spent hours being placed on hold and having my complaint supposedly being sent to the office of the President. I believe this is just their way of taking more time to "review" the claim.
I called five times in one day leaving messages and none were returned. HMS insisted on calling another Contractor.
It has been over one month of 30 degree weather and it still does not work.Do Not Depend On HMS under any circumstances.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss warranty issue of hms home warranty warranty and associated monetary loss in the amount of $6000. HMS Home Warranty needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
