I called after they sent me a letter to re up on my warranty ( I had forgot I had one ) so I decided to use ot on a Dryer and Dishwasher that had recently crapped out. Most recently I had a Ge cafe dishwasher that was less that 1.5 years old fail. Was told that because it was a plastic part on the motor that caused the leak it wouldn't be covered. The technician they sent to the house was shocked. Stay away from this company their only goal is to find ways of not paying for the appliances they are suppose to be covering. Also had a central heat AC unit replaced this year they refused to cover any of as well....

AWFUL!!!! If I could have chosen the company used for our home warranty, this company would not even make it on my list of possibilites!! I have been trying to get them to replace the defective dishwasher THEY installed since May...it's August 28th....everytime I call, I am on hold for literally over an hour. When someone has picked up, they send me through hoops saying it's the next persons problem...DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!.
