After 2.5 years with this terrible company, I finally called it quits. I couldn't take it anymore. They are extremely limited on service providers and you'll end up doing their job and finding your own. Then you'll be lucky to get your money back for the repair. It's miserable. Find another warranty company.

Being trying to get my furnace fix for over a week hms sent someone out they put new motor in two months later the motor is gone no heat for almost two weeks waited on phone for two hours then got cut off no return call been waiting 9 days for my furnace to be repaired
