Called HMS for service on my faulty water heater. Called 1st on 5/5/08 given a claim number and told someone would call within a day to schedule service.

Two days went by, no call. I recalled them on 5/7/08, they assigned a plumber to my claim 40 miles from my home, that plumber refused to respond to my claim(too far). I recalled them, they said they would assign another plumber, and that I would receive "priority" status. Two days later, no calls from an plumber.

I called HMS again, spoke to a Customer NO Service Rep, who said she also would assign my case to a priority dispatcher. That was on the 10th of May. Here it is 5/11/08. no calls from a plumber and still no hot water.

What a joke this company is.
