HMS is not worth wasting your time with; after 6 months of waiting, hours and hours of following up and begging, our microwave is finally being installed tomorrow (fingers crossed). Below is a list of things that HMS did wrong:

1) they gave the installation company the wrong address

2) they used an installation company that does not service our area

3) they gave us an installation company that does not answer their phone or respond to voicemails

4) they lied to us on multiple occasions

5) they never admit they are wrong and have terrible customer service

Awful company.
