We were told by one of their representatives that we would receive repair or replacement of our heating unit. (The unit was working fine and it then would not work.)
A "HMS referred company" came to our home, basically didn't want to get dirty, called HMS after looking at our heater, came back with a denied claim, and collected our deductible; however he wrote something different on our invoice from what he told HMS!
We faxed a copy of what their service company's invoice and they still denied it giving the excuse of he told us something different. I have his description of the problem in writing and they still denied the claim!
As a business graduate both HMS and their partnering companies are running a scam!
