HMS Home Warranty complaint

I submitted a claim on 9/24/07 to HMS for my dryer, it sounds like a jet plane at takeoff and takes 2 cycles to dry clothes. HMS sent out a company that took the deductible and then never ordered the parts or fixed the dryer....this went unresolved for 3 months and lots of time on hold. HMS sent another company that ordered parts but then said they could not access the part needing repaired in the dryer...company never came back so HMS called Sears...they are a joke as well. They cleaned the dryer and said it was fine, MY DRYER IS STILL broken.
