Sure enough my water-cooled heat pump stopped working and after calling them to make sure they'd come take care of it and them saying they would, they eventually showed me the fine print that stated they didn't cover my type of system. I spoke with several customer service reps and a supervisor. None cared.
Thus, they took my 400$ gladly without telling me that they wouldn't be covering my most expensive appliance in my entire condo, while I was led to believe that they would. Now that 400$ I wasted on these greedy %^&*s could've been used instead to fix my HVAC system.
Best warranty company my ***. They'll gladly take your money, but read the list of things that they DON'T cover and you'll see this company is a crock of ***.
